HOW CAN I ORDER?

Fill in the form and indicate the ID of the photograph you wish to order and its respective size and finish.

If you don't find an image you like, send it to our suppliers if it's in stock.

WHERE CAN I CONSULT YOUR PRICES?

 

Prices are given by budget according to the chosen photograph, its size and finish.

 

 

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE?

From the moment you formalize your order, the delivery or shipping time varies between 3 to 4 weeks.

The festive seasons of the year are safeguarded (Christmas, Mother's Day, Easter), which may exceed 4 weeks. We advise you to place the order as soon as possible during these times.

DO YOU DELIVER ALL OVER THE COUNTRY?

We ship by freight forwarder throughout the country and other countries in the world.

In the metropolitan area of Porto, you can collect your order at our photo lab - Rua António Bessa Leite 1526, 4150 - 074 Porto, Portugal.

 

 

WHAT IS THE EXPENSE WITH SHIPPING COSTS?

The price of the paintings does not include shipping costs to Mainland Portugal, Islands and other countries in the world.

The value is under consultation in the freight forwarder's table.

PACKAGING?

The frames are properly packed for shipment. The packaging is made of wood, the frame is properly packed in the box, in order to avoid damage during transport.

 

HOW DO I MAKE THE PAYMENT?

You can pay by bank transfer, ATM reference or Mbway. The data necessary to make the payment will be provided after confirmation of the order.

 

CAN I CANCEL ORDER OR CHANGE AN IMAGE?

Ask all questions before ordering and the product is shipped. If there is a problem after receiving it, please contact us so we can resolve it. Your order can be canceled until you make the payment / award.

CAN I RETURN A FRAME?

If, for any reason, THE QUADRO does not meet our quality criteria, you have 48 hours after delivery to contact us to return it. After this period, we cannot accept the return or issue any refund.
